I am a friend or relative of resident
My mom was a resident after a hip replacement. My mom would have to press the call button periodically until someone finally came in to assist her. The aides all take their food breaks together leaving no one to attend to the residents when they call. The physical therapists and Doctor released her too early. She came home and ended up re-fracturing her hip.
