My mom has been with this center for two years,and I can truly see the big progress, that she has made while being in their care. Love to all Ms Amos Alice

This facility gave my mother Ativan when she did not need it. They used it as a chemical restraint. The CNAs give care assembly line style. They do not treat the residents like human beings. I was in the bathroom with my mother and caught a CNA being mean to her. The CNA did not know I was in the bathroom. No one unpacked her clothes and put them away. They simply left her suitcase on the bedside table. Poorly trained, lazy, non-caring caregivers. The facility allowed mother's roommate to verbally harrass her. Avoid this facility.
