TidePointe, a Vi Community (formerly TidePointe, A Classic Residence by Hyatt) , licensed nurses, with the assistance of certified nursing assistants, provide short-term recuperative and restorative care and long-term care around the clock. The skilled nursing care program is ideal for individuals who are recovering from surgery or illness or those who require ongoing skilled nursing care. Our restorative skilled nursing care program reinforces the healing and rehabilitation process and promotes independence.

The multidisciplinary care team meets regularly to review each resident's needs and health promotion goals, including skilled nursing care and services based on the individualized care plan for each resident.

Therapeutic diets are accommodated as part of the skilled nursing program by a nutrition services manager under the supervision of a registered dietitian. We offer a lifestyle program that is tailored to individual abilities and needs, as well as social services and case management.
