I am a friend or relative of resident
All the caregivers, including nurses, nursing assistants were wonderful and gave the best care to my mom. The therapy she received during her stay was excellent, which helped her to regain her strength and return home to an independent lifestyle. I would recommend Kindred Healthcare Hanover Terrace to everyone. It was good to know that they also have long-term care and alzheimer's care if my mom ever needed it. Thanks for helping my mom get back home!

Unbelievable in this day and age, negative five stars
Patients left to wander, drool and deficate on themselves while the staff busy's themselves with personal phone calls and computer games. The place stinks of urine and no one seems to care. Patient televisions don't work and the unfortunate medicare/medicaid patients are often neglected, thier health concerns dismissed and left to die on thier own.
