I am a friend or relative of a resident

Very attentive and caring staff for my mom, who entered Continuing Care for physical therapy for a broken hip and remained as a live-in patient due to dementia.

She was in a different facility where she was left on her own to the point that she dislocated hip twice and had to return to hospital for treatment and further surgery. Once she went to Hamilton Continuing Care, there was never a problem. They had her up and dressed every day, and always was within sight of a caretaker. I am very pleased.
