Make sure the staff knows the patient and needs. Question what is being done so patient can recuperate Question the hygiene, who feeds the patient, and make sure you don't bring expensive belongings Bring bags to carry dirty clothes. Sometimes clean and dirty clothes with pee are all mixed... Ask for the bottle with pee not to be placed next to the food The views are calming and fauna around beaituful Staff can be very nice

My wife is in Rolling Hills Care Center. It's very good. She's happy. When I visit her, she's clean and dressed and looks smart. She's suffering from Alzheimer's. They are very attentive, helpful, and professional. I think it's clean and bright, and all of the lights have bulbs in them. They have a common room for the residents who want to go there in the afternoon.

My wife is currently in Rolling Hills Healthcare Center for rehab. It's in a lovely area in Lebanon, and if and when that time comes, we would love to see if we can have the opportunity to have my wife there. It is convenient to our home, and everything else. I was there last Wednesday. I brought some books with large pictures, a book my son had made up a while ago so that she could identify people and not lose visual contact with the family. They're gonna have an opening so that we can visit in a very careful surrounding. The folks I've spoken to could not be more kind, considerate, thoughtful. I met the receptionist to give the books, and she was very, very pleasant. We've been very pleased so far.

Some of the staff (Eric and Tommy) are very nice and kind. Others not so much. My mother in law entered the facility with glasses. They were lost within two months of being there. They gave her a pair of glasses that had belonged to someone else. She could not see out of them at all. Then they lost those and stuck another pair of someone else’s glasses on her. We spoke with the owner (Ian) who promised to replace her glasses and have an eye doctor make a visit. That was 3 months ago. In one of our visits 3 flies were on her clothing in her room.

My mother was admitted at Rolling Hills after hip surgery, and she is in the process of applying for Medicaid. They advised that it is better that she stay there. She is still going through therapy. She is still technically in the rehab portion. Everything is excellent there, and she loves it there. The people are very nice -- everybody from the doctors to the administrators to the cleaning people. She is very happy with the treatment that she is receiving. It's very clean.

I spent four months here after a bad accident a few years ago (at the age of 56). I never once smelled urine or anything bad. And the staff couldn't have been nicer and more professional.
