Hutcheson is a state of the art facility adjacent to the Medical Center. The staff here was warm, kind and professional. There is PT/ST/OT available to aid in the recovery process as your loved one recovers in a short or long term stay. This facility is mostly for recovery from falls, surgery and medium length stays. There are some long term cases but mostly medium stay till long term can be arranged if needed. The facility is very clean and the staff is attentive. There are doctor’s rounds daily to check progress as well as the menu is well planned and health with all diets considered. There are some activities to keep down boredom. There are board games, Bingo as well as civic and religious groups that come in and bring programs and worship services. Family and friends are encouraged to come often for visits. The rooms are standard size and well maintained. The grounds are clean and well groomed. The area is beautiful with lots of trees and very scenic. This is a wonderful facility that will do all they can to hasten your loved ones recovery process. I would place my loved one here.
