Heritage Healthcare is a start of the art facility with professional yet compassionate staff. The staff all was extremely friendly and attentive to me as well as all the patients I witness encounters with. The patients were clean, bright and happy. The interaction with the patients was warm and kind. The facility is clean and well maintained. The rooms are good size and standard for nursing purposes. The menu is well planned with healthy options and the patients seemed to like the food. I overheard several ask for more. The grounds are lovely and family and friends are encouraged to visit often. There is an activity calendar with programs and events as well as crafts and arts. There is an exercise class and outings to movies and other events. There is a since of security and peace here and the patients stated they feel safe. The patients were all up and out of their beds in the common areas or next to their beds and this was great to see. There is a major amount of enter action between staff and patient and a tender respect. I would place my loved one here they will receive excellent care.
