My mother stayed here for 100 days for rehab after back surgery. The nursing staff was very kind but profoundly over worked. The nurses only seemed to have enough time to pass meds. The nursing techs who did the hands on care were not generaly inclined to do a good job. They were never able to answer questions about my mothers stause, ex: when has my mother has her last bowel movent, The therapy staff was hit or miss; some staff memebers really seemed to care and motivate her, others stayed on their phones texing and talking while my mother sat on the machine she was suppose to be using for the alloted time. Complaints to administration made no diffrence . I had to make the complaints over and over again and nothing ever seemed to improve from it. The food there was also hit or miss, generally inedible . My mother does not eat eggs there and it took there two whole weeks to stop sending her eggs.

Southern Charm and manners describes the staff here and their warm friendly hospitality. If they treat everyone like they did me your loved one will be in the best hands in Tennessee. The staff was amazing and they are professional and well trained. The staff was attentive and compassionate. The facility is clean and sterile. The patient’s short and long term patients are clean, bright and happy. The staff keeps the patients active with games and exercise. There is movie night as well as civic and religious groups bring in programs and services. The patients seem to enjoy the programs. The staff says this is the highlight of the week for them. There is short or long term care as the goal is to help those on short term stays to get back on their feet and return home as soon as possible. The long term are made comfortable and hope they too will regain some independence. The rooms are good size and well maintained. Your loved one can bring touches of home to help with the transition. Family and friends are encouraged to come often to visit and keep their loved ones encouraged and optimistic. The staff here is about life and giving the best they can to make your loved ones life full of hope and prosperity. The staff is amazing!!! I would place my loved one here.
