Pleasant View Convalescent Hospital

Although the staff is friendly and the food is plentiful and served often enough, I am concerned about the level of care residents recieve in this facility. My grandfather often would go unwashed for days and more than once I've seen him wearing the same leisure clothes he was dressed in the day before. I myself clipped his toenails after realizing the staff had let them grow for months without doing anything. The rooms are clean, but very dark, and the facility is quiet for a nursing home.

This facility is really nice and enjoyable. Grandfather stayed there for roughly 4-5 months. Always said good things about the caretakers. Plenty of activities for the people staying there as well. They were also very proactive when things got bad so we could get him the proper medical care.

Overall I have nothing but good things to say!
