Horrible Care
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Pt wait on a call light is a minimum 45 minutes. Guest bathroom is used by patients and floor is urine soaked, your feet stick to it. Leave feces in room bedside commode overnight. Give away pt bed and pack belongings when inquiry made by another facility. "REHAB" done in pt room because the gym is a conference/dining room. Messages are not returned. Do NOT continue pt pain medication previously given by DR, write their own script then give it an hour late. Only let pts shower ONCE each week. Do NOT return family calls. Pt has to beg for ice water or to walk down the hall because facility is so understaffed. Less than half of rooms are remodeled, don't let the pictures fool you. I would not let my dog stay there!!! They don't care about your loved ones routine or needs. This is all factual information based on my mom's experience and what I saw when visiting. Beeper sounds constantly from pt call buttons and staff doesn't respond!!!!
