This is a short and long term facility that is meant to aid in the recovery process of those who maybe recovering from minor falls to long-term surgery rehab. The facility is state of the art and will staff by some of the most amazing professional staff around. The staff was warm and friendly and extremely attentive. The common areas are clean and sterile and cozy for visitation. The menu is well planned and offers many healthy options for all diets. The rooms are good size and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and serene. The Cleveland area is beautiful and will aid in your loved ones healing process. There is no memory care unit but if a patient has Alzheimer’s or Dementia they are admitted and there is staff that is educated and trained to work with this population. When I entered this facility there was a since of calm here and I spoke to a patient that said the staff makes them feel safe and secure. I could feel what they meant. The staff is truly caring and it is translated to the care and interaction with the patients. I would place my loved one here.
