This nursing home is beautiful and the staff seem efficient, but the manager of operations that I met need a class in greeting all types of perspective occupants. She told me she did not have beds available for medicare and public aide patients in later stages of dementia. She was very friendly at first and then her demeanor changed once she found out about the type of payment.
