My aunt is in Crestview Court. Her room is just a standard room. It's got double-sized hospital beds. Currently, she does not have a roommate, so she's got pretty much the entire room to herself. The room has a nightstand right next to the bed and then, of course, two wardrobes for each patient to have their own space for their clothing and other items. There is an onsite chef. At first, my aunt said that she liked the food there. Now she says that is a lot of the same things over and over again. There are lots of eggs, pasta, and bread, so she would prefer to have a little bit more variety. But overall, the food isn't bad. They have a shuttle that can pick up their clients from either their homes or the hospital. They have a pretty large dining area/gathering area for their patients. They have COVID protocols, so when they come into the facility, you have to quarantine for 14 days before you can join any of the other guests like in the general population. For the most part, they have a large area for them to congregate. I would give them a 3 because of some feedback that my aunt is giving me in terms of responsiveness whenever she's asking for help. She can't move herself to get up, go to the restroom, and get in or out of bed, so sometimes the response times to that are lacking. It has been difficult to get a hold of her social worker to get any updates. Since my aunt has been there, we've requested a couple of things on her behalf that her doctors say she needs (and not things that we want, just things that they told us that she needs) and are still not available to her. Like they told us that she would have to have up to three Boost or Ensure drinks per day to help with her healing process in terms of building muscle. She also has a wound on her leg and that was going to help heal that as well. However, it has been like pulling teeth to try and get those added to her dietary needs. Then there is some sort of a sleeve or a handle that goes on her chair that should hold her arm in place to kind of help her. (She can use her hand, but she can't lift the arm because of the stroke). That is supposed to help her function and also help her build muscle and dexterity. They've mentioned that a couple of times, but we haven't seen it yet. But she has been there a few weeks now, so that's a little concerning, too. The front of the facility seems pretty clean, like the reception area and the general area for all of their populations, but the rooms are a little dated. They could use some paint and maybe some additional amenities to brighten them up since people are spending the majority of their time inside their rooms. Brighter wallpaper and maybe some curtains would be nice to set up the rooms and give them a feeling of home instead of just like the penitentiary feel. My aunt pays in co-pay, and Medicare takes care of the rest. The money is part of it, but the big deal is really what you're getting for it. And if my loved one is having to spend her time there, I would expect them to be a little bit more responsive and understand that what you're dealing with is people who probably can't take care of themselves obviously or else they wouldn't be there, and so maybe just a little bit more compassion, too.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. My dad went in for rehab from a stroke. Just say he didn't make it out. He died! No one from the facility bothered to call and let us know. We first found out from the medical exams office. Not one time did they call and give their condolences. Before my dad passed away. I often visited him just to find him soiled. When I would try and let the nursed and cna know, they would develop the funkiest attitude. They showed no compassion or empathy for my dad. They were also unorganized. My dad had bone cancer and I would often asked if they gave him his pain medication and they claim they didn't see it in his chart. Which I knew thay was a lie. They will leave your loved one unattended for hours. Not kidding. I timed them several hours just to see if they would check on him. I one heard a staff member screaming at another patient there. It was so sad. Put your family there at your own risk. Don't let the nice facility distract you. Their services are horrible. I could say more but I'll leave it here

My family was in the process of transferring my grandmother out of this building. There is a wonderful lady name Sherise the Director of Nursing that made me and my family a promise to correct any problems and shortcoming that we experienced. Horrible nurses that are no longer there and the treatment of my grandmother within a 2 week period I admire this lady for keeping her word and making sure that my family was informed and given great service. My grandmother remains in facility and Sherise is a GOD send. Thanking her for turning a negative to positive

My father in law has been here for over a month following a stroke. I am trying to get infor for his discharge on Monday Feb 14th. I have spoken to Pam the Social Worker and she was trying to find out if the Dr would write an order for a hospital bed for my father in law. The Dr has to write an order if it is medically necessary for him to get it. He can no longer walk and is 91. She assured me on Thursday that she would get with the Dr on Friday and find out so we would know how to plan the weekend to get ready for his arrival home on Monday. I spoke with her on Friday twice and she assured me she would contact me by the end of the day with the info. I called about 4 and she had them tell me she was working on it and would get with me. I waited and about 530 called again and she is gone for the day. I have no info. I guess Pam's word means Absolutely Nothing!!!!!!

THEY HAVE BED BUG IN THERE FACILITY. THEY TRIED TO BLAME IT ON MY PARENTS AND THEY MOVED MY MOM OUT WITHOUT TELLING US AND THEY WERE ABRUPT WITH THEM. THEY VERY COLDHEARTEDLY DISMISSED MY MOM AND MOVED HER TO A PLACE THAT IS HORRIBLE AND SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO THE FACILITY TO SEE A SPECIALIST AND THEN SHE WOULD BE GOING BACK TO CRESTVIEW COURTS BUT NEVER DID. I AM GREIVING FOR MY PARENTS OVER THIS COLD AND UNCALLED FOR LIE THEY SET UP FOR MY PARENTS. IF IT IS TRUE THAT THEY SAW BED BUGS THEN I BET 1,000000. THEY STILL HAVE BEDBUGS.

My son has been staying at Crestview Court for about a month now. He's doing well, and I love the facility. It's really nice. It's a senior-living facility, but they have senior care there. I took advantage of that and had somebody come in to help with his medicine a bit. He gets three meals a day, and he's in a one-bedroom apartment, which is like a room with a kitchenette. It's really nice. The food is pretty nice. We chose it because I had a friend there before, and to me it's really nice. It's somewhere that I would think about living. The cleanliness and upkeep is really good; it smells nice when you walk in, and they have a place where if he wants it there will be somebody to wash and fold his clothes. They have cleaning come in once a week and change his linens. The staff is great; they're always accommodating. They have a gym or a workroom; they have bingo and all kinds of activities there. They have a lot of stuff, and they have a place for when you want to have family, or engage, or cook.
