Premier Rehab And Skilled Nursing

Premier Rehab Skilled Nursing in Beloit Wisconsin is a nursing home I would rate below average. I was not impressed with any aspect of this facility. The common areas and rooms were dirty. The carpets did not look like they had been cleaned in some time. There was also a lingering smell in every area I toured. There were areas that even with a little tidying would have helped the overall effect. I felt like the entire facility was disorganized. While maybe I was there during med time, I did not see any nurses anywhere. There were residents waiting by the nursing station for the entire time I was touring. I would not recommend this nursing home.
