The staff was kind, the meals were delicious, the activities were fun and the smiles are what helped my grandmother through the last couple years of her life. What a beautiful facility. When my family and I would come to visit our grandmother we always knew upon leaving that she was in safe hands. I would recommend the facility to anyone who is hesitant about leaving a loved one in the care of somebody else. Pleasant valley is a beautiful place to live. I enjoyed visiting because there were always happy smiles and warm welcomes.
