Clare Bridge of Bend is a beautiful memory care community, very home-like and the staff work very hard everyday to make the community a happy, safe, and fun place for the residents to call home. There are many areas throughout the community that offer the residents a nice and comfortable escape, a place to relax and enjoy some quiet alone time. There are also many common areas where the residents can socialize with friends, spend time with loved ones, and just get out there and have fun. The residents all seem to feel comfortable within the environment and they seem to really trust the staff. I think one of the reasons they are able to trust the staff is because the staff are dependable, and even though most memory care facilities, or really most senior living communities, in general have high turnover rates, but here at Clare Bridge of Bend, the staff seem to remain fairly constant, they are not always changing so they become familiar faces to the residents which in turn help the residents to be able to trust them even more.

The staff are all great, they work really well with the residents and there seems to be very open lines of communication between the staff and the residents. The staff members are all very friendly and approachable people. They are always encouraging the residents to try new things, participate in activities, discussions, and group events. Every morning the residents and a staff member will get together and have group discussions and activities which help to stimulate the minds of the residents - they may talk about things happening around their community to the Bend community to the State to the Country to the World, they might discuss TV shows or movies, they may tell stories or talk about their lives, friends, and family. They can really talk about anything and everything, the point of these morning discussions is that it helps fuel their minds and concentration levels to maybe get through the day better. I have known quite a few memory care facilities who perform these early morning exercises and it has really made a difference in how the residents focus and communicate throughout the day. Clare Bridge of Bend is owned by a giant in the senior living industry named Brookdale. Brookdale is known for being very resident focused and for constantly exploring new opportunities and programs to make available to the residents. All of the amenities and services offered in Clare Bridge of Bend are very care-level appropriate.
