Inspired dining and vibrant lifestyle activities come together in our Celebrations program filling the monthly calendar at Brookdale Living's Warwick, RI community with themed experiences, special events, and group activities that highlight different cultures and cuisines in a common venue of camaraderie.
Our Clare Bridge Place program serves those with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Each day, we promise to work to deliver Daily Moments of Success for each resident. The Clare Bridge Daily Path provides structure and activities each day designed to meet specific needs of those with dementia, while the Clare Bridge Dining Program, designed by a gerontologist and registered dietitian, helps residents in need of Alzheimer's care retain the ability to enjoy and master the daily dining experience.

I am a friend or relative of a resident
West Bay Manor is a good place to send loved ones when they reach old age. The rooms, in my opinion, are very nice, quiet, up to date and clean. Though the building isn't really new looking, what's inside is all that matters. The furniture was top class and all the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The facility even has many attractions to its inhabitants including an Olympic sized pool, brand new fitness center and equipment, billiards, and arts and crafts studio, and wellness clinic The staff is fairly professional and always making sure to give full attention to the residents. The staff also gives the residents activities to do such as attending church, going to malls, movie theaters, fishing, and more. During my visit i saw a nurse cutting the hairs of one of the residents. The food was actually really good, probably kosher and gourmet. The people inside also seemed happy and there was just a rather positive vibe in general. Definitely recommend this facility as it seemed to have great location, facilities, help, and people seemed happy there.
I visited this facility
I found West Bay Manor to be one of the most well run assisted living/nursing homes I have ever been in. The staff was on point and very friendly. The facility has two main wings, one for independent assisted living and one for full assistance nursing. In the center was an extensive common area with many amenities. The residents seem more free to move around within the facility then others I have been to. There was no comparison between West Bay Manor and Devon Manor, West Bay is far superior in every way. Their parking lot is well lit and does not have any dark corners as we found to be the case at devon manor. Also the surrounding neighborhood was much more desirable around West Bay Manor. While Devon Manor was situated directly in front of one of the states bike paths it still was not a safe enough area for my grandmother our us to feel comfortable. In the end we struggled to get my grandmother in to West Bay, not because the process was difficult but instead because it was such a desired location for so many of the states aging seniors.
