I am a friend or relative of resident
Mother-in-law is resident, for the moment. Management has changed, everything is bottom line - they are in the process of cutting services and firing the current staff (why pay $14.00/hr for concierge and maid staff if you can get help for $7.00?). Despite protracted power outage to entire facility (including elevators), they have decided to forgo installing backup power supply. We suggest you look elsewhere.
