Our live-in managers are available to assist with any event or emergency 24/7. They take pleasure in getting to know each of our residents and look out for their comfort and happiness. Our chefs prepare three delicious meals from scratch each day, served in our beautiful dining room. We provide housekeeping, linen services, fun and stimulating activities, off-site excursions, transportation to your personal appointments and a variety of classes and programs. I am a friend or relative of a resident
Our initial impression of the South Towne Ranch was quite positive. It seemed clean, looked like there was a lot to do from an activity standpoint and the residents we talked to seemed pretty happy. This all remained true to some degree, although during the course of my grandparents living there things seemed to steadily decline. The management stopped listening to suggesting from the residents and seemed to take a more "iron fist" approach. A new cook was hired that seemed to really want to cook food that nobody liked, which essentially almost led to a resident revolt. My grandparents eventually left and moved to another facility in the midwest that they seem far happier at.
