I am a friend or relative of a resident
This facility is relatively satisfactory in my view. They are always good about notifying their residents of maintenance issues and other problems that could potentially interrupt the daily lives of the people that live there. The staff is kind and generous with their time, although they can be a bit prickly when it comes to aesthetic touches outside the residents apartments. They were especially helpful when my grandmother moved in and I have seen them doing the same for other new residents. The amenities are top-notch and the food is quite good. There is always something going on here, providing lots of entertainment for the residents. I only rate it 4 stars because the rent is a bit overpriced, although the place is very nice. Parking could also be a little better.
