Cascade Park is an Independent Living and Residential Care residence that is in a very comfortable and home-like setting. I have had the opportunity to speak with many of the residents and they always have so much to say about how great it is to live in the community. One resident, whom I've come to know quite well, always tells me about how thankful she is to have found such a wonderful and happy home in Cascade Park, She loves everything about the community and is very involved in the community. She really loves when there are special parties and social events to join, she said that the staff members always decorate the community so lovely for the celebrations and that there is always good food and great music and fun entertainment, she says that she loves being able to have so much fun with her friends and families of the residents. She always says that it is during those occasions that she really feels a part of the family, she says that everyone is so protective and supportive of one another and they are in many, many ways a family. That is one of the compliments I hear the most from family members and residents, about how close everyone is. About how supportive and caring they are of one another and hoe well everyone gets along. Don't get me wrong, they have their squabbles and conflicts - they fight like a family, but they are also quick to resolve issues and reconvene as well like a family.
The facility, inside and out, is very welcoming. The way that it is designed and decorated is in a very simple manner which I don't think would be more perfect any other way - I think that the simplicity of it all is very down-to-earth and relaxed, it just feels like a good place, the kind of place you would want to live and spend a lot of time in. There are many activities and exciting things to do around the community, there are many ways for the residents to spend their days. There are many things for the residents to take part in - special programs, exciting experiences and opportunities, fun social groups and entertainment, and many, many, many parties and special occasions.
I hope that people choose to spend some time visiting Cascade Park and learning about all that they have to offer. I think that you will be very happy with all that you see and experience and please take a minute to meet some of the residents and staff members, they are some very good and wonderful people.
