I thought The Court at Palm Aire was the best of all the facilities I visited, and that's also because of the price point. They seemed to be a little less expensive, and the facility was still outstanding. The staff who gave me the tour was Carlos, and he was incredibly caring. The rooms were nice. If I had to choose a place, I would choose them. Everything was outstanding in terms of just the space itself and the cleanliness. It was very well maintained. They had diverse menus and they've got their set menu for the day. But then you have the opportunity, whether it's lunch or dinner, to make something else if you weren't up to what they're serving.

My mom is at The Court at Palm Aire. Everything was amazing. It's wonderful. A lot of other places have continental breakfasts, but this one, they have full breakfasts, so three full meals are provided seven days a week. The room is very nice. It is very up-to-date, modern and clean. Hardwood floors, all modern appliances, and new countertops. Everything was modern. I thought the food was pretty good. They have lots of great activities for the residents. They have a happy hour. The happy hour serves real alcohol. It's not like juice, it's real alcohol. It's red or white wine. Each week, it's one signature cocktail and then white wine and red wine, so that's very good. There are a lot of great activities from their movie theater to bingo to live band performances. There are so many things.

The Court at Palm Aire is only five minutes from where I live, so it's very convenient for my sister and me. I think it was very well kept. The facilities were very, very clean, and people were very nice. They have quite a bit of things to keep people busy. I don't know if my sister will be able to use them, but we'll see. The salesperson was very nice too. They have wine and cheese, an exercise room, a pool, a beauty salon, a movie theater, a library, and quite a bit of other things. Compared to the other facilities I have seen, their rooms were more spacious, which was very important for my sister and for me. She will be more comfortable not to be in such a small area, and she will be able to get her sofa, her TV, two single beds, and two nightstands in her room. So it's not that small, even though it's a one-bedroom. It was very clean and well maintained.

I didn't like the tour that I had with The Court at Palm Aire. I saw a lot of stuff for the independent living side, which was not even accessible to people that were on the assisted living. A lot of it was because of COVID, but I don't want to see things that aren't available. The staff was great. We talked to the sales people and they were sweet. The room they set me up was wonderful and that's by design, but when I passed by the 2nd floor where my parents would ultimately be, it was dark and very institutionalized looking, and I didn't like it.

My father is at The Court at Palm Aire. They don't provide enough care, so I have private aides for my father. The room is not spacious, and it was not painted, nor cleaned before we moved in. The food is typical and OK, but the dining area is depressing so he eats in his room. They have quite a bit of activities. They have a card room and they have an entertainment room. I'm not happy about the rehab he's getting.

We are residents of The Court at Palm Aire. It's really OK. I think it is as good as any community. Most of the staff is very good. We don't have any real complaints about them or the facilities. You get three meals a day here, which is unusual for most of these places. Food is is not gourmet, but it is adequate. They have lots of activities like shows, movies, and lectures. If you want to be busy, you can be very busy here all day long. They have a swimming pool, a beauty salon, and a movie theater.
