We toured The Palazzo. Vicki was our tour guide there. She was amazing. She gave us a lot of contact information for ALTEC and military assistance (because my dad is a vet) on how to get assistance to help out. They are an ALTEC-accepting community. The tour was wonderful. We had not had a chance to eat their food, but we walked through the dining hall as they were placing out their plates for what they were serving for dinner, and the food looked very appetizing. It was clean. Very personable. The staff was welcoming, and very awesome.

We toured here for my mother, and I liked everything about it. I like the cleanliness, and the facility in itself was more impressive than any of them might seem. The place is beautiful, it is very neat and clean. It's a really good place to go, and the staff is excellent. They were doing all kinds of activities.

It is very impressive. The place is very good, very clean, and very pretty, and the staff is excellent. It's beautiful and they offer a lot of amenities. The prices are excellent. They have full kitchens, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and an exercise facility.

The lady that toured me was very helpful. The thing that I liked the most about their rooms was that they were open. It was a model unit and you can use a queen size bed in it. They also had the cable TV hooked up ready, but you need to provide your own furniture. I think she gave me a calendar of the activities and it showed that they do different things every day. The facility was big with a long hallway, but it was very compact. The receptionist had me sit down, then Vicky came and we talked while we went to the tour. They said that they take the residents to shopping and stuff, but I didn't see where their buses or vans were. They probably have it but she didn't take me there, she just took me to see the model unit.

We were very impressed with the units here, they were very nice. I like the size and the layout, they were very beautiful. They just went through a renovation and it's very nice. Their dining area was also very nice, they had a movie room and a library. Their amenities were really very good. It has independent living, assisted living and memory care as well. I met one resident there during my visit and I was very impressed by him.

I went to here. It was very nice, and the grounds looked good with gazebos. The staff was very friendly and polite. I saw the 1-bedroom there, and it was more than efficient. They serve 2 meals a day -- breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner.
