I visited this facility
I was able to visit a friend at Fox Point Independent and Assisted Living in McHenry, Illinois. There are options of a studio, one or two-bedroom apartments, Fox Point Independent & Assisted Living offers on site and community activities, 3 meals a day in a nicely furnished dining room. The food is average. I am not on a restricted diet, so with a little additional salt, the taste was better. I thought the common areas were very nice and I liked the community room with the fireplace. I also thought their library was very nicely furnished and had a good selection of books. I would rate this facility as average. It would be most fitting for those wishing to remain residing in the McHenry, Illinois area.
