The health center has was to high of a turn around, every time I am there I see several new CNA'S. I can not possibly see how that is good for the residents, Prior to the new management it seemed as though the staff stayed longer and management was involved with the staff and residents. It is a battle to get any of the nurses to comply with orders from the doctors. Tasks as simple as putting lotion on dry skin, changing residents so they do not sit in soiled cloths and they seem to have a huge issue with dignity issues....every time I am there my loved one has dry food on their face, 2nd day worn cloths and their hair not combed. Management tells family members how life is going to be despite wishes from the resident and family. It is a rat race that needs to be controlled. It is so unfortunate that all of the directors seem to only be concerned with how good they look and will throw anyone under the bus as long as they look good. FAKE! I would never recommend anyone to bring their loved one here, it's over priced with horrible care.
