The campus boasts an authentic English pub, lovely English tea room, charming clubrooms, extensive libraries, hair salons, spa, and beautifully decorated common areas. The elegant main dining rooms offer seasonal patio dining with a year-round view of the magnificent campus.
Founded in 1990, this family-owned community has earned a reputation for excellence that is second to none. Residents choose from a variety of lifestyle options including catered retirement living in The Chalet, catered assisted living in The Lodge, the region’s most innovative Alzheimer’s residence, and skilled nursing. Sunset concerts, seasonal boatrides art exhibits, BBQs, car shows, live performances, pub parties, ice cream socials, theatre outings, and guest presenters are just some examples of Activities residents here enjoy. Outings and day trips to area hot spots, cultural centers, and eateries are part of the monthly Activities calendar as well.

I visited this facility
They have a very nice facility. It was pretty much on a lake, so some of the rooms I looked at were looking out on to the lake. So it would be nice for my mom. The rooms were great, couple of different sizes. There's a nice dining room if you want to have a party. What I like about The Village at Waterman was they have a doctor right on site, so if they need a doctor they don't have to leave the area. The place was very nice and clean. The night I went there they were having a concert for the people who live there. Honestly, there's not a whole lot that sets it apart from every other one. They're all beautiful.
