The staff was incredible at Holiday The Gardens At Arkanshire, they were super accommodating during our tour. I had some concerns because of their rooms. They have a lot of variety, but their larger rooms were somewhat limited and fairly expensive, way outside of my parent's budget. It's almost twice what they're paying where they are right now. All the meals are included, there are three meals a day. It's a very large facility so there's quite a bit of walking in the ones that we looked at, even from the room to the elevator. The 2-bedroom cottage that we looked at was wonderful, but we also had the price range. When you looked at a 1-bedroom there with a small kitchen, it wasn't as nice. But I think the variety is excellent, it's just a very pricey facility. Their activities were outstanding, they were well done, and they had a great activities coordinator. The facilities were lovely, they had an outdoor pool, a workout room, and a lovely dining room. Their apartments were probably the ones I would say were my least favorite.

I went to Holiday The Gardens at Arkanshire. They were very friendly, but I don't think that would work for my dad because it's multilevel. I feel like it was more independent living and not assisted living, but it was very good, very helpful, and very informative. I toured everything with the staff and saw the rooms, saw the amenities, and the different parts of the building, and it was very nice. They had an exercise room, a library, and a common area. It's just they were all on different floors, which I don't think would work for my father, who has mobility issues.

We loved Holiday The Gardens At Arkanshire. It was nice, and everything was really good. The cottages were fantastic, even the apartments were nice. John was the one who took us around and he was nice. The staff did everything they could to try to help us with pricing, but it was just way too much for us. And that was the only reason we did not choose them. If I had the money, I would have taken it in a heartbeat. Their amenities were fantastic, and the way that they treated their residents was nice. If you could afford this place, I would highly recommend them. If you're a resident and you travel to another state, you could stay in their facility in that state for free. They have activities to go out to places, crafts, bingo, and other activities to keep them entertained. They also have an emergency call necklace that you can wear all the time. One of the things I liked about this place is that even if you need a higher level of care, they can take care of you in your own apartment. You never have to move out of that apartment.

We are choosing Holiday The Gardens At Arkanshire for my brother because we loved it. We thought it was a very nice place. We'd love to be there ourselves. The place was well kept up, and there wasn't anything we didn't like about it. I loved the studio apartment. It was very nice, a 5-star quality. I liked how they had everything. The meals were great and the service was wonderful. The dining area was very nice. The waitresses brought our salad and our drinks, and then they brought our food, and then the dessert. It was just great. It was even better than most restaurants. Sandy gave us the tour and she was just super. She was very nice, informative, and easy to talk to. She explained everything and took us everywhere. They were just super nice people. For the inclusions, you get a room, cable TV, utilities, 3 chef-prepared meals a day, a kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, transportation to your appointments and errands, weekly housekeeping and linen service, and an on-site complimentary laundry facility. If you have a family coming to visit you, you can also get a guest suite for them. They have a billiard room, a library, an exercise room, and a beauty salon. Fur babies are also welcome. There was a coffee and snack bistro. There's an emergency response monitor that you wear. You have your own individually controlled air conditioning and heating in your room. They have home health and PT services on site.

We toured The Gardens At Arkanshire last night, and we're going to sign some papers and make the initial payments that are in there. My mom is moving there. The rooms were very nice. The whole facility was very clean and well organized. We came in at about dinner time when the residents were all dining together, and that seemed like an appealing thing. Several of the residents were very friendly and came up and talked to her. I liked the variety of activities that they have, also they have transportation provided for things like doctor visits or going to the library, and they have special events all the time. So just a lot of fulfilling kinds of social activities also along with the quality of the facility itself. All the meals are provided, and they cook all the meals, so that takes the burden off her also. The staff was very knowledgeable, very helpful, very accommodating, anticipated most of her questions, and answered any questions that we had remaining. I was shown the menu, they get to make a selection each day for what they want for the meals. The rooms are unfurnished, but they have a refrigerator, and laundry facilities are available, but not in the rooms. It's a private pay facility, and they don't accept Medicaid.

The Gardens at Arkanshire was great. It's got an independent living, and you can be there up to hospice if you need to be. They told me they do other stuff. They'll bring in people when you get to the point where you need that and that if you need hospice, they'll bring in hospice. It seemed to be a nice place. It was clean and well lit, it wasn't dreary, it seemed like a lively place. It wasn't like a nursing home. They have little things that they arrange and they go here and there and do little things. Of course, with COVID, it's been kind of limited, but they try to have activities. If I was going to go to a place right now, it'd be the kind of place I'd want to go to. Something else about them that I thought was pretty cool is they're a chain and there are 300 of them across the country. If you have a cottage or whatever there and you decide you want to go on vacation to one of the other places and there's an opening, you can go for a week at a time without a charge and stay in one of the other places. That's like having a built-in timeshare.

I moved into The Gardens at Arkanshire. They showed a video of their studio apartment, and it looked really nice. The staff is really nice. They're all super friendly. They tell you, "Welcome home," when you first come in. They consider you part of the family. Everybody I talk to is just really happy here. They offer three meals a day. Since I came from a facility that was under lockdown for COVID, I'm under quarantine here. I haven't gone out to do the activities, but they have them. I can see a big courtyard from my window and it looks very nice. Everything is well kept. They do their best to keep the place up and keep everybody happy. After checking out several other places, this one was reasonable. It's located between Fayetteville and Springdale. It makes it handy to get to either one, so that's a plus. It's near a mall and several eating places that are good.

My parents are going to The Gardens At Arkanshire. The staff members are very helpful. The room they've chosen is a good size; it's a two-bedroom that's full of windows, and it has a wraparound deck. It's wonderful. I've seen their activity schedule, and they have lots of offerings. They invited us to eat there, and it was a very good meal. I've dealt with Sandy, who is the coordinator for advertising units, and the rental manager. The activities director and some of the other people were very attentive and very good. They also provide additional assistance if needed through a separate entity that's associated with their building. All the people we passed while loading up the elevator and going in and out were very happy to be there.

The Gardens at Arkanshire was beautiful. The meal sounded wonderful. The rooms looked great. Everything was nice. It just wasn't a fit for us. I didn't particularly care for the $3000 entertainment fee that you had to pay upfront and that they didn't take Medicare.

The Gardens At Arkanshire had pretty much what their sister community that I visited also had. They had bingo which was pretty much what was going on at the time of my tour. They have the same set up as far as the activity rooms and things like that. Their rooms were really good. They have a refrigerator, cabinets, and countertop. You bring the microwave if you want one, and you can have anything but open flame. The only thing I saw outdoors was their sitting areas. They have a walking circle around the whole compound, or you can ride your scooter or your chair. It was extremely well-maintained.

We went to the Gardens at Arkanshire, and it's very nice. The apartments are really nice, and it felt more like living in an apartment than a retirement home. They have a salon, an exercise room, and a really nice dining area. It's a really laid back place, it's inviting, and it's well-maintained. Everybody working there was nice.

The Gardens was beautiful, but it was way too expensive for what she could be accustomed to, and that she could handle. It was more like a resort and more formal, very large. They even had cottages all the way to studios. They had separate stand alone cottages, and the people were amazing. The residents and the staff. They treated us to lunch, the food was amazing, and there were snacks available. It was very high end.

The staff at The Gardens at Arkanshire was very helpful. They answered as many questions as they could and did an awesome job, but it just wasn't right for the situation that was happening with my grandmother. I also liked the rooms, and I would recommend them. I didn't have any problems with them. The dining area was nice and very clean. They made sure that everything was served in a clean and friendly environment. They had a lot of activities, too.

I have been living in The Gardens at Arkanshire for quite some time now. I initially chose this place because it is closer to the VA. This place is all pretty good. It is well maintained and well kept. The staff here is very helpful too. The staff takes care of their senior residents. I am in a studio apartment that has a bathroom and kitchenette in it. They also have a new chef, who has improved the quality of food. He cooks our food three times a day. We have a common dining room, and it is elegant. We have social recreations, like bingo and all other stuff. So far, everything has been great with this community.

My mother-in-law is doing fine. She lives in The Gardens at Arkanshire, a mile from our house. We like it because she believes that this is what is best for her, and that is the most important thing. It allowed us to know that she was going to be able to be comfortable and relaxed while living there. She has an assistant she pays to shower and do some laundry. The facility does all her meals and activities. They play some games together. They have cards, music and some educational things. Her daughter takes her out shopping when she wants to go. If she needs to see her doctor, she makes an appointment, and then we transport her.

What I liked about The Gardens at Arkanshire was they had two-bedroom cottages rather than just apartments. That appealed to us very much. We do a lot of travelling, and we also liked it because they had a program that when we are travelling, we can stay at any of their places for no charge as long as there is a vacancy. The cost was kind of high, but they had full kitchens, and we do not have to take their meal plans. They had a library.

We are probably going to The Gardens at Arkanshire. My impression about it was very favorable. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. We looked into some of their activities, and they have bingo, a game called Sparkle that I have never played before, and they have bridge which is very interesting to me. They have studio apartments as well as one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. They also have one-bedroom and two-bedroom cottages, which are kind of remotely located. We stayed in a two-bedroom cottage, and we liked it very much.
