Morton Manor Senior Apartments

Morton Manor in Madison Heights is a senior apartment building. This is section 8 housing for older adults. The buildings are located on a “senior housing campus”, so various services are provided for seniors. One of the drawbacks of this facility is that staff can be difficult to find, should you need assistance. Other than that, I have rarely heard complaints from residents. As with most senior housing, Morton offers various activities for residents. One resident I spoke to had lived in several different senior housing facilities and said that the activities were best at Morton.

Out of five stars, I would rank the grounds a 3.5, the common areas a four, the residents' rooms a four, the staff a three and the quality of care a three. Overall, I'd give Morton Manor a rating of 3.5 stars because while it is a low cost facility, as well as pretty nice, there are areas they could improve upon.
