The Plaza at Clover Lake

This is a wonderful independent living community. It is very beautiful and there is so much space for the residents to roam about and explore - the grounds are gorgeous - the landscaping is impeccable and there are flowers and trees and lush greenery all over the place. The grounds are very vast - I think the community has, I believe, over 50 acres for the residents to enjoy. There are walking paths and sitting areas and so much to do. The kids who visit love having so much grass and space to run around in. I always walk and talk with the residents outside and I can always see that they are so happy in the community - so in their element.

The inside of the facility is designed very nicely, it is perfect for the residents and there are many areas throughout the facility for the residents to enjoy. Families are a common staple around the facility - I always see families there every time I visit and I think it is so wonderful that the families are SO involved in the facility. I bet 8 out of 10 pictures I see of the community have family members somewhere in the picture as well. I am so happy for the residents who are able to have families be that involved in the community - many residents do not have family close by or any family at all and I have seen many families kind of adopt those residents in to their own families. Also - those residents do have a family in their fellow residents and staff members - they are a very close family and community. There are SO, SO many things to do around the community for the residents and their families and friends. One residents son told me one time that coming to the community was like a little vacation for his family - he said last summer him and his dad taught his children how to play shuffleboard on the outdoor shuffleboard courts. He said he has also wanted to take advantage of fishing with his dad in the little lakes because they haven't done that together since he was a child himself but they have not been able to get around to it yet because there is always so much else going on. He said his daughter loves the arts and crafts area and has "adopted" a couple of grandmas to do crafts with her. He said that his whole family always feels so welcome and such a part of the community. He says he never has to worry about his kids being too noisy or too wild - he said this is not an uptight place like that. He said this has sort of become like a little home away from home for him and his family and that his dad LOVES that they always spend so much time there. There are SO many other things outdoors and in for EVERYONE'S enjoyment.

The Plaza at Clover Lake offers the residents a variety of enjoyable activities, social events, and opportunities. There are many amenities and services and other things offered to them in order to make their lives as care free and convenient as possible.

The Plaza at Clover Lake would be a wonderful choice for many families in the area. I say families because this is a community that is really for both the residents and their families.
