My experience with the facility is that they were extremely caring. They took requests seriously, and wanted to make the tenants as comfortable as possible. They were there to help with just about any needs that anyone had, and they really took their jobs seriously. They were thoughtful, caring, fun, as well as giving and attentive. In the times that I visited, it was very clean, functional, and there was always someone there to help me or my grandmother with anything that we needed. They were a retirement facility, and my grandmother was there for a little over 2 years. They really show that they have a love for their tenants, and they wish to give them the best time possible, while still letting them have a bit of their own independence. They cared about the people, and it showed through their actions and thoughts. It was a great facility to work with.
