As a professional in the region, I have referred clients to Eberthart Place of Texas, which is an independent living retirement community, for people in & around the Travis County, Tx area. This complex does offer HUD assistance, making it more affordable housing to those on limited income.

This community has apartment type homes, in neighborhood-like setting, with on-site services and community room.

Clients I have referred are well pleased. One client stated: "This is a beautiful place, with wonderful office (managing) staff, alot to do & everyone is so friendly. I love it here."

From client's comments, it seems this is an excellent retirement community.
