Inspiration for This Nomination:
Donna has been with ILS since 11/14/2012. She has been the most outstanding pca. She consistently goes above and beyond. She never turns any shift away and will work 7am till 7am the next day. When Donna is asked to cover shifts know matter what time or where the consumer lives she will go with know questions asked and travels long miles even for short shifts just so our consumers do not go without coverage. She has worked double and even triple shifts. Donna is able to go into any home with any situation to any consumer and handle it with the up most care and respect. Donna is the best skilled PCA our company has.
Caregiver's Best Skills and Attributes:
Donna is able to handle and situation that she is put into with no questions asked. She is able to use Hoyer lifts, give complete bed bathes, and handle hospice care, etc. Donna is able to push a consumer to become active, eat health and shower daily to better their health. Donna keeps on top of things and will follow the situation through until it has been completely handled. Donna has numerous bed bound consumers and not one has ever had sores or opened areas while in her care. She is truly outstanding.

Donna has received nothing but positive feed back from all her consumers. Donna cares for numerous consumers on a daily basis’s. They have all stated that she is,outgoing,dependable,reliable,and provides the best care they ever received. If they can clone her they would. We have received calls from family members as well stating how wonderful she is with there family and or loved one.

Donna is able to train all of our new hires in any home. She as been to almost if not all our consumers. We have got positive reports from other pca as well stating that Donna gave them the best training they ever received. Donna has really provide her self to everyone in the company that she is willing and able to go above and beyond. Donna is the type of pca I would want to care for me or my family.

ILS believes that Donna really deserves to be awarded for the outstanding work she has done for the company and our consumers. She really has gone above and beyond for ILS and with out her our company feels we would not have had the experience to notice how we would like all our pca to present their self’s.
