Founded in 1978, Lutheran Home Care & Hospice, Inc. is a not-for-profit, faith-based home care agency dedicated to a mission to serve and care. A ministry of Lutheran Social Services of South Central Pennsylvania, Lutheran Home Care & Hospice provides home health care, home health telemonitoring, hospice and in-home support services throughout south central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland.

Our In-Home support services are the perfect solution for those who want to be independent and remain at home, but need a little help performing everyday activities. We strive to manage pain and symptoms so the client and family can concentrate on important issues and live the last months, weeks and days together to the fullest.
