Senior Helpers

Senior Helpers provides in-home care for Seniors throughout Thousand Oaks, Ventura County and surrounding areas. Our clients and their families benefit from our caregiver's respite, companion and personal care.

Examples of personal care include light housekeeping, errands and transportation, laundry, fall prevention, medication reminders, meal preparation & cleanup, and companion activities like playing games and cards. Personal care includes assisting the client with some or all of the activities of daily living (ADL's). Those include Bathing, Dressing and Undressing, Eating, Transferring from Bed to Chair and back, Voluntary control of urinary and fecal discharge, Using Toilet and Walking (if not bedridden).

Our objective is three-fold; Have the best possible individuals in our client's homes, improve our client's lives, and fully understand all Senior resources in the community.
