We hired HomeWatch Health Care to provide our Mom with 24 hour in home care after she had a stroke. When Mom left the nursing home, we were told she would not recover any additional skills. Mom has been home 2.5 months and many of the Home Health Aids have become emotionally invested in our Mom's well-being and continued recovery. Mom has continued to make gains and receives tremendous support when there have been setbacks. At the very least, the aids have been reliable. Very often, we have received feedback and ideas to help Mom develop more strength and gain weight. When problems arise and I call the office, I am met with a determined attitude to resolve the problem and ensure it doesn't reoccur. Some of Mom's aids have worked for this company for 10 years and feel HomeWatch leadership is focused on the well-being of the clients in their care.

In my dealings with Homewatch Caregivers, I found them to be extremely helpful and professional. This organization provided 24-hour care for my aunt so that she could remain in her apartment for as long as possible. While my aunt could be difficult to deal with, the workers were always pleasant and cheerful when dealing with her. They were also supportive of me and my sister. This agency provides excellent care. They are the only agency in the area that has a specialized dementia program. They are highly trained techniques that are used with the dementia population and also provide excellent support for the families.
