Clearview is a full service home care agency, specializing in providing exceptional care for the elderly and disabled. Our mission is to allow our clients to continue living safely and comfortably within their own home. Our bonded services cover employee payroll taxes, workers compensation and general and professional liability insurance.

What Clients Can Expect

With no obligation, one of our Registered Nurses will personally meet with each new client. After a thorough assessment, a detailed Plan of Care is created. The Plan of Care will specify the supportive activities to be provided by our caregivers. In addition, care may include rehabilitation exercises, dietary assistance and cognitive stimulation activities. Clients also have the option to pre-screen potential care providers before services begin with no commitment necessary.

Companionship, safety supervision, cooking and meal preparation, light housekeeping, cognitive stimulation, laundry services, transportation, medication reminders, personal care, ambulation and transfer, getting dressed, bathing and showering, oral hygiene

Our Staff

Nursing staff performs free in home assessments and routine evaluations. Case managers are on-call available 24 hours a day/ seven days a week to assist with scheduling care.

Our caregivers are hand selected after completing an application process, which evaluates clinical skills, experience, certification and a criminal background check.
