HomeCare Your Way offers compassionate in-home assistance from companionship to 24 hour nursing care we’ve got your needs covered. Choosing an in-home caregiver is a personal and challenging process and we are here to help. We come to you; meet with the family and your loved one in need of care. We offer options and provide you with a list of questions to ask all the caregivers and agencies you are looking at including us.

Shopping around is important, but too often “all the sales men sound the same.” You need to look at how each one is different- Our caregivers go through a three step interview process, 2 separate background checks, a drug screening and our 12 hour orientation prior to being employed with HomeCare Your Way. Once they have been licensed, bonded, insured and trained by our RN, we match their personality and skills with your loved one’s needs. They are trained on specifics of their new client at our office and in-home with your loved one and family present. This is all FREE to you! We call it excellent customer service.

What else you may ask?

Our Caregivers will arrive 10 minutes early to each shift, this gives them time to say hello, take their shoes off and clock in using your loved one’s telephone all without being late. So we can ensure they are on time and in the correct place, with no question about hours worked.

A stranger will never come to your loved one's door. If their main caregiver is out ill, our nurse will bring a new caregiver out to their home, train the new caregiver on your loved one's needs and ensure a friendship is made before she leaves them to enjoy their day together.

With no contracts or obligation of services, we prove ourselves each and every day we spend with you. Your satisfaction is our priority. Our Registered Nurse is on-call 24 hours a day and truly enjoys spending time with all of our clients. She stops by as needed or upon request to best serve our client and support our caregivers in your home. She specializes in end-of-life care and Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care.

We provide all of the typical cares for your loved one and their home including but not limited to: meal preparation, housekeeping, medication reminders, errands/incidental transportation, laundry, personal care services, and companionship.
