Founded by Linda Fodrini-Johnson, MA, MFT, CMC, in 1989, Eldercare Services brings together essential pieces to support the changing needs of elders and their families. Our client-centered services connect you to a community of resources, expertise and skills. The combination of these elements of our services creates quality care for a quality life. The Care Management team of twenty Geriatric professionals has backgrounds in Social Work (MSW/LCSW), Nursing (RN/BSN), Family Counseling/Psychotherapy (MFT/PhD) and Gerontology. As geriatric specialists, most are also certified in Care Management (CMC). Our more than 200 caregivers, experienced, trained and supervised by professionals.
