I am a mother of 2 with a full time job and my dad had an unplanned knee surgery after a fall. What was I to do? A friend of mine told me about Cochran Home Care and they came to my rescue. They helped my dad so that he could stay in his home while recuperating. They saved my sanity. Thank you Cochran Home Care.

I live out of State and Cochran Home Care are my "eyes" and "ears" regarding my aging parents. I have set it up to get weekly reports from the Certified Nurse's Assistant regarding my parents health, mental state and eating habits. Their caregiver Sue is an excellent cook from what my parents say. What a blessing Cochran Home Care has been for me and I would recommend them to anyone!

We are a full service In-Home Health Care Agency that provides both medical and non-medical services. Our health care team of Skilled Nurses and Home Health Aides will help you maintain your quality of life, while staying in your own home.
SKILLED NURSING
Our Skilled Nurses can assist with the plan of care as prescribed by your doctor. Specialized nursing care services our licensed RNs and LPNs can provide are:
- Wound care and dressing management
- Client & Caregiver education
- Intravenous (I.V.) care/infusion therapy
- Medication setup, administration and management
- Tube feedings
- Injections & Diabetes care
- Monitoring serious illness & unstable health status
- Glucose monitoring with devices approved for home use, urine dipstick or tablet reagent & fecal occult blood
HOME HEALTH AIDES
All of our Home Health Aides are Certified Nursing Assistants and work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Safely staying in your own home is something that they can help you achieve. Our Aides can assist you with:
- Nurse delegation tasks
- Medication reminders
- Foot Care
- Morning Wake-up and Bedtime routines including bathing and dressing
- Mental stimulation & physical mobility
- Preparing meals & monitoring diet & eating
- Light housekeeping & shopping
- Providing transportation to the Doctor’s office and social events
- Provide Respite Care
