PROS: ... has options for patients, offering both in-home, medical care and

in-home, non-medical support services, to address patient's total needs

... has complete staff of medical, licensed professionals and trained home

helpers/caregivers

... agency seems to be well connected in the community & known for

their quality services & staff

CONS: ... needs to ensure education services is intense & consistent enough to

ensure patients are fully informed regarding their condition as well as 
fully taught ways for better managing their health
