Personal Care Preferred Group is a network of southern Virginia's leading home care providers. Personal Touch Home Care Services, Moore Home Care Services and Southern Touch Health Care Services partner together to make personal at-home care a viable option for Southside Virginia, Franklin and Tri-Cities residents. This network raises the standards for at-home care, as we are able to provide a wider variety of services and better employee benefits than other home care companies. The upgraded employee benefits we offer attracts the most qualified and professional staff in southern Virginia.
The support and personal care we provide is a fitting solution for individuals who need support, but wish to continue living in their home. Our Registered Nurses, Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Aides provide certain health related services in the home, assistance with activities of daily living and companionship. We always have an RN on call to offer assistance at any time of the day or night.
At the beginning our our relationship with a new client, one of our RNs carefully reviews the plan of care with assigned Aide and conducts an on-site orientation.
Our services can be funded by long-term insurance, worker's compensation, Medicaid support, private-pay or other methods. Please contact one of our offices to learn more about various payment options.

August 5, 2009 Personal Touch Home Care began care for my mother in 1996 and has been caring for her up until now. The care my mother receives from Personal Touch is exceptional. Whenever I call the agency for information or have a general question, they are there to assist me with friendly and caring responses. In the event my mother becomes ill and I need additional time from the agency to care for my mother, Personal Touch is quick to aid me with that additional time, as well as work with my situation to the fullest degree. . . I cannot express my sincere appreciation for the professional, caring, loving, devoted, dependable, trustworthy caregivers that Personal Touch has enriched my mother and me with to this day.
