Aging Home Care Registry offers private and affordable home care for the elderly. When you or a member of your family requires home care we are able to supply you with a compassionate and experienced home care worker who will help ensure a comfortable life. We are an employment Agency not a home health agency. Workers are paid privately by family who are the employers. All home care workers carry malpractice insurance, and our agency is bonded. Aging Home Care Registry charges a small agency fee for our services.
In addition to those services we have consultations available to assist you in converting your home care from private paying to Medicaid paying with licensed social worker. Also we are able to assist you in the important and delicate process of nursing home placement or assisted living for a loved one. We have registered nurses who complete the New York State Patient review instrument and we are able to do out-of-state and out-of-country patient review instruments as well. A patient review instrument is a requirement for entry in any New York State Nursing Home.
Finally we are able to complete Medicaid applications and submit them on behalf of our clients for nursing homes, home care, and hospitalized patients.
