To ensure our clients receive quality service, each caregiver must pass our exclusive CSS Training Program. Client care is also monitored through regular home visits by our Care Managers. You will have a face-to-face meeting with your Care Manager and selected caregiver to make sure you are completely comfortable before any service is provided in your or your loved one's home.

It was becoming little over bearing taking care of my grandmother, she can be quite difficult sometimes and I would go and sit with her during most of the week but it was getting time for me to get myself together-school and work. So, I talked to my family about it and we decided we needed to bring someone in to watch over her. We were kind of scared bringing in a stranger in to her home in fear of getting robbed or whatever. They let us choose how many hours and which days of the week we wanted. We would have a caregiver there when no one was home.Everything so far is going great, luckily we've had the same caregiver come in a few times a week and she is wonderful.
