I can be a witness of the safety that the Direct LInk provides through the HOme Helpers and Direct LInk. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this agency. Thier staff and nurse have always been available to answer questions and respond to my needs.

I have used Home Helpers for the last year. I found their office staff to be kind and honest. They worked hard to provide me with a companion to help me in my home. When my helper was not available, they called and sent me another person to help me out. It is reassuring that they care about me as a client. I trust them in my home. You can't ask for more then that. Nice to feel safe with someone to help me in my home.

My experience with Home Helpers of Saratoga was appalling. Their head nurse is rude, arrogant and uncaring. They use a nurse to make it seem like they are there fro medical assistance, but in fact they won'd do anything medical. It's their way of making it seem like they are providing value, when in fact the head nurse puts such pressure on the in-home caregivers that they are afraid to do anything. Avoid this franchise!!!
