I wanted my mom to have more exposure to more people. The caregiver from Home Helpers and Direct Link was fine and younger. They have to call in when they arrive and they have to call in when they leave. I would suggest them to keep a notebook, so they can write some notes in it. So the next time either they or a different person comes in to take care of mom, they can see what's been done before.

I can be a witness of the safety that the Direct LInk provides through the HOme Helpers and Direct LInk. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this agency. Thier staff and nurse have always been available to answer questions and respond to my needs.

When my helper was not available, they called and sent me another person to help me out. It is reassuring that they care about me as a client. I trust them in my home.
