Arcadia Home Care has been providing non-medical home care services in the bay area for over 18 years. Our caregivers are our employees. Caregivers are here to assist you with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, laundry and errands including social engagements, activities and doctor's appointments.
If your loved one has cognitive impairment including Alzheimer's or dementia, Arcadia caregivers are here for you. Our caregivers receive an 8 hour training and certification in Alzheimer's and Dementia care using the Alzheimer's Association Care Academy curriculum.
Our goal is to assist you and your loved one to live safe and independent in the comfort of your home.
Every client receives a complimentary assessment, a written care plan unique to your needs, a compatible, reliable and trained caregiver, and on going supervision by a Care Manager.

Arcadia Home Care and Staffing was founded in 1993 by Charles Symes II who has been in the home health profession for over 25 years and continues to advocate for the importance on in-home care. As a former Director of Social Services of a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) I had the opportunity to recommend families and their loved ones to this wonderful agency. They provide intermittent and continuous care skilled services which include: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Services, and Home Health Aide Assistance. In addition to these services they also offer transportation services to and from appointments. Families reported that Arcadia's staff were very professional and caring.
