I chose Senior Helpers of San Francisco and the Peninsula for my husband and they're really good. I am very pleased. The communication is excellent and the caregivers are very good. The scheduling was perfect and they accommodated what I needed. They helped me out (even at the last minute). They made sure my husband was fed, helped him in the bathroom, and made sure he took his medication. The minute that I put in my request they were on top of it, set up a meeting, and arrived on time. The person-in-charge from the agency did not only come out and meet with me personally, but he also followed up the next day to be sure everything was in order. He made sure that I was expecting them on their first day. One day we had to switch to a new person so the person-in-charge came with them because I couldn't be there. It was just excellent service.

Senior Helpers of the Peninsula have been excellent. They work with dad to get him to take part in activities. They're flexible with their schedule. I don’t always have consistent days because there are different activities offered at different times at the facility. I like him go at a time when they can help him participate in a particular activity. They play games and puzzles with dad. What impresses me too is that they take the time to show interest in the things that he's interested in and that they take the time to let me know if there are any concerns. I'm very happy with them.

Senior Helpers did an excellent job. This agency had been outstanding in terms with their care, service, and promptness. They provided a comprehensive care for my mother. The staff was extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I couldn't give them any higher remarks.

We had an issue going on and it involves my mom and Senior Helpers were very, very helpful about it. They called me and I was pleased because they made me aware of what was going on. They went over and beyond to help us out. They've been very, very professional. I've been very pleased with Senior Helpers. We used to have a different agency prior to Senior Helpers. My mom was not happy at all with the care that they provided. When she had Senior Helpers, she had been happy ever since. She's been with them for quite some time now. I don't hear any complaints whatsoever. When she needed help, they would step in. I was very impressed. I'm just so glad that my mom was able to get good care that she deserves. My mom is not easy to please and since she's happy with Senior Helpers it says a lot about them.

Senior Helpers was one of the 3 agencies that were recommended to me. I actually made a lucky choice when I decided to go with them. We had a very good experience with Senior Helpers. They were extremely responsive. They keep a high level of communication. The look into my dad's health and his needs as a person. They're trustworthy and would let me know if there was something that I needed to know in a timely manner. They were also able to provide caregivers in some cases on very short notice. My dad was always happy whoever the caregiver was. They took good care of my dad. They have a good follow through witht their clients. Right now my dad is again entirely self-sufficient but I would definitely call them if ever I need help again.

Senior Helpers provided companionship for my husband. He was very difficult to help with, but the caregiver was excellent.
