I am a past client of this provider
I was not impressed with this company. They charge so much money for such untrained caregivers (they are a franchise). I felt very unsafe leaving my mom in thier care.
I am a friend or relative of a resident
They are good about sending people over, but the people they sent were not trained to handle Alzheimer's (my mother's disease) patients. Although the caretakers were kind and good at cleaning, 2 of the 3 that were sent were unable to even shower my mother. Also, they want to be pre-paid for the month, which seems a bit strange to me. When we chose to cancel the contract, it took over a month to get refunded. I suppose if you'll be using this organization for companionship or help with housework, it would be fine, but in my mother's case, it just didn't work out.

With Visiting Angels, you are in charge of everything. Because we are a non-medical agency and not a nursing agency, we will not dictate to you what your schedule is to be (i.e. what time to wake up, when to bathe, meal schedules etc.). You are the boss. Your schedule is our schedule! It is our job to adjust to your schedule and to keep you comfortable in your home.
