Check-in Friends

Check-in Friends is a one-of-a kind telecare support service for older adults and their families throughout California and beyond. A personalized, non-medical support plan is especially developed for each client and their family and may include some or all of the following personal and privately delivered services: friendly and consistent check-in phone calls for well-being monitoring and added companionship and connection, medication and other health care reminders for safe and healthy living, valuable family follow-up services for peace of mind and reassurance, a unique mail and care package program to inspire and bring out laughs and smiles.

Monthly, short-term (1-2 weeks) and long-term (3-6 months) support plans are available and calls are scheduled on a daily, twice-daily or flexible basis. Rates range from $50/week-$200/month. Our friendly and professional personnel are trained in our unique program and deliver the highest quality of care and attention. Ideal candidates for our program include but are not limited to: homebound/isolated seniors who may need daily contact for added support and reassurance; assisted living or independent living seniors experiencing challenges during a transitional time; anyone who may benefit from medication and other health care reminders.
