Homewatch staff and owners have been compassionate, thoughtful and have advocted for our entire family. We hired them for one family member but they have helped us now with 3 family members who have needed varying, intermittent or more intensive levels of care. Many of the staff are "just like family" while still showing professionalism with extrodinary caring and concern.

We used Homewatch Caregivers (owned by Sheila and Bob) for approximately one year, to care for our 90 year old mother. They came to the house twice a week for 4 hours at a time, and my mother absolutely loved them. There are prompt, reliable, caring, professional people who I would rehire in an instant to care for someone I love that needed some assistance. They offer several programs and level of care depending on what is required. I gave them a rating of "5" stars because I wasn't given a "10" option. Would unreservedly recommend them any time.

My relationship with Home Watch CareGivers began in February of 2012 and to this date it has been a very pleasant and wonderful experience. The office is in a convenient location on 410 where you can stop by and meet with the staff and the caregivers.
My husband and I first met with the owner, Bob. He treated us with compassion and took the time to listen to what we needed and to give us advice and encouragement. He set us up with a plan that met our needs in under 48 hours.
I was very impressed with the quality of the caregivers -- I've encountered other caregivers in other situations with friends and relatives and I really think the ones Homewatch CareGivers employs are a cut above the usual. The health caregivers are wonderful and are extremely competent, warm, trustworthy, intelligent and easy to work with My mother took to all but one of them -- a personality clash, mostly, I think. When I called Bob to ask if he could substitute a different person, he did so immediately. The agency is also good about providing trained replacements when the scheduled health caregivers needs time off.
I would definitive recommend Homewatch CareGivers to anyone who needs home health from any other agency. The main reason for that is because they treat you like “family”. They are always there for you. God Bless them always for the amazing job that they do!
